Organic Bifidogenic vegetables:
Bifidogenic vegetables are defined as vegetables in a sprout stage with high germination growth-related soluble fibers and germination growth-related enzyme activities that can exponentially promote gut bifidobacteria and probiotic species. Our patented organic bifidogenic vegetables have been integrated with various cutting-edge technologies. Present products include:
Mung bean sprouts, alfalfa sprouts, broccoli sprouts, onion sprouts, pea sprouts, Bean sprouts, etc.
Organic Bifidogenic vegetable juices:
Bifidogenic vegetable juices are those made from pure Bifidogenic sprouts, which not only inherit powerful bifidogenic properties such as high germination growth-related soluble fibers, high germination growth-related enzyme activities, and high germination-related mRNA, etc. but also control the juicy quality well. As is known, the juicy industry generally never screens out raw fruits or vegetables for making finished products. Those default raw materials such as fruits or vegs partially rotten, contaminated with molds and bacteria, those with plaques, withering, etc. are mixed with good raw materials to produce juicy. Using sprouts as the only raw materials can avoid such quality impacts since all the default seeds can't be germination and are selected out and those germinated are easily selected by their quality. Real high-quality juicy products can only be made from sprouts.
Organic Bifidogenic milk and milk products:
Our Bifidogenic organic milk and milk products, ranging from drinking milk to fermented products like yogurts and cheese, all originate from our patented organic Bifidogenic raw milk. This process is bolstered by five globally impactful innovations: dairy cow feed, dairy cow pest control, physical bifidogenic feeding, agricultural seed storage, and sprouts growing.
1. Innovative Dairy Cow Feeding: Our unique sprouts feeding approach, replacing traditional ensilage and hay during winter, offers five distinct advantages:
a. Space Efficiency: Unlike the extensive space required for hay and ensilage storage, seed storage saves a considerable amount of space. We grow only the required quantity of sprouts for animal feed, leaving the remaining seeds in their compact storage.
b. Controlled Growth: With a stable germination rate, seeds can be stored for years at 4-12°C, unaffected by weather conditions. Unlike hay and ensilage, which can spoil within months, our process yields high-quality feed within a week under controlled conditions. This method aligns well with renewable energy sources such as solar and wind power, ensuring an accessible energy threshold.
c. Superior Nutrient Profile: Sprouts offer higher nutrient content, contributing to superior milk quality, as validated by numerous studies.
d. Elimination of Aflatoxin Contamination: Aflatoxin, the strongest potent carcinogen originating from mold, is eradicated from our feed due to the absence of hay and ensilage. This ensures our milk remains zero Aflatoxin thus well below FDA limits and enhances product safety (Present FDA limit of aflatoxin in milk to 0.5 parts per billion (ppb) and to 20 ppb in other foods for human consumption, no animal feeding limit due to difficult to control. Use of sprout feeding can 100% eradicate this contamination.).
e. Efficient Transport: We transport seeds from large professional plantations to dairy farms, promoting integrated efficiency. With one kilogram of seeds yielding over seven kilograms of sprouts, there's no need for farmers to maintain extensive (hay or ensilage) pastures.
2. Dairy Cow Pest Control Innovation: We employ UVC lamps in animal houses and milking equipment to greatly reduce mastitis and antibiotic use. This improves both animal health and product quality.
3. Physical Bifidogenic Feeding Innovation: While traditional prebiotic foods or animal feeds are chemically-based, we have pioneered a physical prebiotics defined as bifidogenic foods or feeding, as evidenced by our two publications.
4. Agricultural Seed Storage Innovation: Our novel approach to seed storage involves UVC control. Frequent 30-minute sessions of 70μw/cm2 UVC radiation prevent mold and pests, enhancing storage shelf life and seed quality.
5. Sprouts Growing Innovation: Our sprouts growing process integrates UVC technology for seed storage, seed sanitation, and growing room sanitation. This increases production and improves sprout quality. These techniques are an extension of our previous patented UVC GMP control in food processing and also new bifidogenic products patents.
These five innovations form the backbone of our organic Bifidogenic raw milk production, ensuring the global highest quality and safety standards.
Organic management and organic product raise soil seven-year golden standard:
There are diverse organic management systems. Unlike manufactories, soil organic management is quite challenging due to chemical residuals will continuously impact pastures or crops. After a land transfer to organic management, the soil can’t transfer to organic status in the right way. It generally needs 7-10 years of continuous organic management to make the land finally becomes real organic soil. Only crops or pastures grown on these types of soils can process into real organic products. Our Bifidogenic organic products strictly comply with this golden standard.
